Description:

Experience the delicate essence of spring with our Organic White Tea, Cui Min (Spring) Qingshan. This exquisite tea showcases the artistry of traditional Chinese tea cultivation, offering a serene and nuanced flavour profile that embodies the spirit of Springtime.

Harvested from the pristine Qingshan Tea Farm in Hunan Province, China, this tea is cultivated at an elevation of approximately 750 metres. The cool, misty climate at this altitude nurtures the tea’s delicate character.

Our tea is plucked during the coveted Spring harvest, which takes place between late March and early April, ensuring that only the finest, freshest buds are selected. Only unopened buds are meticulously chosen and expertly processed to preserve the tea’s natural purity and subtle flavours.

Cultivated using sustainable and organic practices, this tea provides a wholesome experience.

Cui Min (Spring) Qingshan White Tea offers a mild and aromatic infusion. You can expect a gentle, hay-like flavour that is both refreshing and soothing. This tea is known for its light body and subtle sweetness.

For optimal enjoyment, we recommend brewing with water at a temperature of 75-85°C (167-185°F), using 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water. Steep for 3-5 minutes, and feel free to enjoy multiple infusions to fully appreciate the evolving flavours.

Robert ★★★★★

The dry leaves have that fresh, grassy sweetness you only get from a spring harvest, and they unfold beautifully over multiple steepings. I've been brewing it in my gaiwan at work all week and the liquor stays smooth and clean even when I get distracted and let it sit too long. This is my new daily

Andrew N. ★★★★★

First steeping is pure spring meadow in a cup, the liquor so pale it's almost clear but carrying that gentle Cui Min sweetness. I've been brewing it around 175°F for two minutes and the leaves keep giving soft floral notes through three infusions. Exactly the delicate, organic character I hoped for.

Lily F. ★★★★★

The dry leaves have that fresh, grassy smell you only get with spring harvests, and the tea itself is unbelievably smooth with no bitterness even when I left the bag in a touch too long. It's become my quiet afternoon ritual.
